Fall Classes

Classes are 6-weeks

Pilates is a postural exercise class that strengthens the core, improves posture, balance and flexibility.

Pilates with Props- this class uses Props such as a small exercise ball, resistance bands, the Pilates Ring and more to add an extra challenge to the Pilates workouts! 

Barre is a fusion class that combines elements of dance, Pilates, muscle endurance and stretching for a great workout!

Women and Weights is a strength-based class, we will be using heavier weights to get stronger, boost metabolism and feel great!

Stretch and Sculpt - for this class we will be doing challenging and dynamic stretches as well as using light weights to improve muscular endurance.

Fit to the Core- this class is for teen girls. We will work on core strength, muscular endurance, balance and flexibility. 

 

Dance Classes

At my home studio I will be having dance classes for ages 18 months to 6 years old. I am certified through Once Upon a Ballet, which uses stories, themes and imagination to teach dance concepts that are fun an engaging and also teach with growth and developemtn in mind.

Dance with Me - ages 18 months - 3 years - this class is done as a mommy and me class.

Pre-K Dance is for ages 3-5 and is a beginning ballet and tap class

Ballet and tap for ages 4-6


All other dance classes will be at the activity center at Hillcrest Park and registration will be done through Mount Vernon Parks and Rec.
