We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.  If you live in Mount Vernon, WA you can join me in person. I'm also available for zoom training! And if you like to dance that is something that can be incorporated into your training as well!

Our goal with personal training is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. One key ingredient for sticking to a fitness routine is moving your body in a way that you enjoy. I offer classes with Pilates, Barre, dance and ballet.
