Workout with weights

In this workout video we will be using light weights (1-3 pounds - I'm using 1 lb.) while we workout to build muscular endurance and tone and lengthen out muscles for a great workout! I hope you enjoy!

Join me for this total body Barre workout! We will get in cardio, strength,  balance, stretching and core. Equipment needed is light weights,  a Barre (Chair or counter is great), a mat and a small exercise ball.  Enjoy! 

Technique

Spine flexion and extension

For this technique breakdown we will be doing a seated flexion and extension of the spine using a ball to get the right muscles activated. This is great for your core and low back!

10 Minute Pilates Leg Workout with the Bender Ball

This workout is all about the legs! All you need is a ball, a mat and 10 minutes!
